I became interested in acupuncture in 1990 when I became very ill with a kidney condition. After many medical treatments, a friend suggested I try acupuncture as an alternative treatment. After experiencing the effects I discovered a new passion. I went on to study at Santa Barbra College of Oriental Medicine and received my Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
